Information we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, inquiry type, subject and message.
- Review form: the display name you choose, your email address (for verification only), your role, optional service, and your review text.
- Technical data: when forms are connected to our server, your IP address is processed briefly to prevent spam and abuse (rate limiting).
We do not use advertising trackers, and this website does not store your form submissions in your browser.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry or consultation request.
- To verify, moderate and — only with your permission — publish your review.
- To keep the website secure and protect it from spam.
Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
When enabled, our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people and automated programs apart. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Maps
When a map is shown on the Location page, it is provided by Google Maps, which may collect data according to Google’s Privacy Policy.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and receive messages (for example, hosting and email delivery), and only as needed for those purposes, or where required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry and review submissions only as long as needed to respond, moderate, and keep reasonable records, then delete them. Published reviews stay online until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or withdraw consent to publishing a review, by contacting us using the details above.
Children’s information
If a learner is a minor, we ask that a parent or guardian submit inquiries and reviews on their behalf.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
